WHY HIRE A FINANCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL APPRENTICE?

Apprenticeships are an advantageous arrangement for the company. In addition to easy and trusting integration for both the learner and the employer, the company benefits from a range of subsidies and exemptions that reduce recruitment costs.

Our learners have all obtained a Bac+2 or a Bac+3 and were admitted via a selective recruitment process by a jury of experts in the relevant fields.

Throughout their programs, they will receive an excellent education thanks to the advanced curricula developed by exceptional program directors and teaching teams. They will directly and fully apply their skills within your organization, thanks to our business-oriented apprenticeship schedule.

Our courses start in September, but you have the option to recruit our learners 3 months before the start of the course.

    • Bachelor 3: 3 days of classes every two weeks, from September to September
    MBA
The schedule varies depending on the specialization and campus:

  • The contracts for Bachelor learners are for one year, as are those for learners entering MBA2 through parallel admission.

  • Apprenticeship contracts must align with these durations. This ensures a lasting and trusting relationship with your apprentice, which could lead to a permanent hire after their apprenticeship concludes.
SUPPORT / FUNDING: HOW MUCH DOES AN APPRENTICE AT FINANCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL COST?

When considering the cost of an Financia apprentice, two main factors come into play: your apprentice's salary and any potential remaining cost related to the training fee. Your apprentice's salary depends on their age and their contract year.

The legal minimum wage depends on the apprentice's age at the start of the contract and the year of execution. The percentages are based on the current minimum wage (SMIC) (€11.88 gross/hour as of November 1, 2024).

Age bracket 1st year 2nd year 3rd year
Under 18 27% of the SMIC 39% of the SMIC 55% of the SMIC
18-20 years 43% of the SMIC 51% of the SMIC 67% of the SMIC
21-25 years Majority (Financia) 53% of the SMIC 61% of the SMIC 78% of the SMIC
26 years and over 100% of the minimum wage — or the industry-wide minimum wage if more favorable (regardless of the year of execution)

These rates apply to apprenticeship contracts. For professional training contracts, the minimum wage is set by industry-wide agreement or, failing that, by decree. Use the employer simulator to obtain a precise estimate based on your apprentice's profile.
